These arrangements are created just for you!


STEP 1:

  1. Login with provided email address and password
    1. With your assigned email address and password, your school billing information will auto-populate and you will not need to enter any billing information
    2. You will need to fill out the area near the billing area that is asking for your first and last name as the person placing the order. This is for billing purposes and so that we may call and ask for the person placing orders by name with any questions.

STEP 2:

    1. Fill out all of the information for the recipient of the flowers/arrangement.
  • Get Well Soon/Thinking of You Occasions
        1. Choose the ‘Bowl of Cheer’
        2. If the arrangement is going to a home address, please include a phone number for the recipient.
        3. If the arrangement is going to a hospital, please include a room number if available.  
          1. Please note that patients in the ICU cannot receive fresh flowers and the filling floral shop will hold the orders until the patient can receive them.
  • Sympathy
      1. Choose the ‘Small Spathiphyllum Plant’
      2. If the arrangement is going to someone’s home address, please include a phone number for the recipient.
      3. If the arrangement is going to a funeral home or a church for a service:
        1. Fill in the recipient’s name as the NHA employee that will take the arrangement home
        2. Fill in the address where the arrangement should go
        3. In the notes section, it is very important to include the name of the deceased and the time and date of the first visitation and then the service.  The address listed for the delivery should be the location of the first visitation. If the name of the deceased is not included, arrangements may be rejected or misplaced by funeraldirectors/churches.
  • New Baby
      1. Choose the New Baby Gift Basket (select by gender)
      2. Fill in the parent(s) names as the recipients of the new baby gift basket
      3. Please note that new baby gift baskets cannot be delivered to hospitals.  Gift baskets are sent via UPS within 48 hours of the order being placed and are best sent to home addresses.
      4. If there are multiples born to one family, please increase the quantity of the gift baskets and include genders in the notes – custom baskets will be sent.

STEP 3 – General Notes:

      1. Make sure that a message for the card that the recipient will receive is included in each order.
      2. Please note that all orders that are being delivered to schools will be set to be delivered either before 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM
      3. Most flower shops require either an AM or PM preference for deliveries – a specific time cannot be guaranteed (with the exception for funeral services).
      4. If an NHA employee will receive multiple arrangements, we are happy to make sure all arrangements are slightly different from each other so that they do not receive duplicate arrangements.
