How much is the delivery fee?
Our delivery fee is based on distance. The delivery charge for locations within a 15 mile radius of our shop is $15.00. Locations that are 16 – 18 miles from our shop is $18.00.
I don’t live in the delivery area, can I pickup my order?
Yes, select the free Pick-up option from the Shipping Methods. Please keep in mind that we request a 4 hour lead time and that orders need to be placed by 12:00 PM for same-day pick-up. Please note, on same-day pick-ups, reasonable substitutions may be made with the order. Your order will be ready for pickup at Ludema’s 3408 Eastern Ave SE Grand Rapids, MI 49508. Can I send flowers out of town through ludemas.com?
No. However, we are more than happy to accommodate your out of town orders by phone at (616) 452-2961 or in person at 3408 Eastern Ave. SE Grand Rapids, MI 49508.
Can I order flowers for same day delivery?
Yes! As long as your order is placed by 12 p.m. EST.
How do I fill out the Billing and Shipping fields?
